“I called to make an appointment in December, 2008. The first appointment was scheduled for December 29, 2008. The roofer called to cancel and rescheduled the appointment for after the New Year. The next appointment was scheduled for January 5, 2009. The roofer called at 4:00 PM and said he would come the next day. He arrived at 1:00 PM the following day and inspected the roof. He gave me an immediate estimaate and I had to call the main office for an appointment date. The appointment was for 2:00 PM on January 12, 2009. The roofer called on January 12th and made an appointment for the following day. He arrived on that day when nobody was home and completed the work. A bill was left in the front door.”
