Overall experience was great. When I woke early in the morning to a leak in my ceiling the day before leaving for vacation,I called several companies for help. Even though I couldn’t get anyone to come out that day, Ann was the only one who completely understood my situation and scheduled Kevin to come out as soon as possible. When I wasn’t able to keep that appointment, Kevin was very understanding and offered to come by at a time that was more convenient to look at the problem and provide an estimate. Once the work was scheduled to be done, Kevin was once again very understanding about my schedule and had no problem fixing the roof while I wasn’t home. Having this type of flexibility was huge for me given my schedule. Shortly after the repair there was another rainstorm and I’m happy to report, no leak!

I found both Ann and Kevin extremely helpful and understanding and the work done was top notch. As a single woman I’m always concerned about being taken advantage of and told I need more expensive repairs than what is actually needed. I did not have that concern at all with St. Joseph’s. I highly recommend them for any roofing job.

First dealing with Mark McShurley. was a very good experience. He knew much about roofs..things I did not consider .I did not feel he was just trying to sell me a roof but was honest on the condition of my roof and the options. His suggestions on what could be done with my existing gutters and chimney were also appreciated. He was prompt in getting back with me and keeping me informed on the expected timetable and progress of the job.

Ann was also prompt and clear on what the sequence of events were and what I needed to do. She quickly responded to my questions.

The work itself was excellent. and completed in one day. I left early in the morning and when I returned late in the day..everything ..including a very thorough clean up…was completed. I also appreciated the before and after pictures taken of my roof that needed plywood replacement.

Other than some delays getting started, which was probably due to the estimate being done over the Christmas break, it was prompt and courteous. The work is excellent and the cleanup complete. They went out of there way to make details right and not skip small items that we did not discuss in the bid.
