Roof materials delivered and then roof installed 10 or days later. They finished in one day and cleaned up well. The work was inspected by the owner soon after.

This is actually the second time we have used the services of St. Joseph’s roofing. We had a new roof put on several years ago, and the process was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better company to deal with Everyone we talked with as well as the installers were professional and most qualified. They were also friendly and comfortable to work with. This last service was adding snow guards (which we had mistakenly not had done when we had the roof installed). Again, I was most impressed with the service and communication. I would definitely recommend St. Joseph’s Roofing (and, in fact, have done so to several friends) for their superior work.

misunderstanding – they forgot to tell me the minimum is 495 they called morning of anticipated visit and apologized and followed up with an email i had minor work to be done so I did not use them

Pleased with the new roof and gutters. They had a very competitive price and warranty and did a good job installing the roof and gutters. They cleaned up the job site well and unlike my previous roofer I did not find any nails in the yard. This was very important to me and considering that they took thousands of nails off the roof. I’m very impressed they cleaned all the nails up. I’ve only had the roof a few months so I will update the report as time goes on.

My porch roof is metal and somewhat unconventional, as is the gutter system on it. The roof had leaked many years ago and I wanted to ensure that it wouldn’t happen again. Plus, the gutter wasn’t catching all the rain runoff, which caused soil erosion. Kevin, from St. Joseph’s Roofing, listened to my problems, came out to my house, and came up with solutions to both of these problems. (Other companies I called wouldn’t even work with me on this.) He caulked around the chimney, applied a liquid EPDM sealant on the roof, and came up with an ingenious method for hanging the gutter so that it now captures all of the rain. This was a small job for them but a very annoying, nagging problem for me. Kevin is wonderful to work with and easy to get in touch with. If he is unavailable when you call, he always returns your call in a timely manner. (For those who don’t know, liquid EPDM is a costly product – $180 of my bill – which I knew in advance.)

Horrible. They were quick to respond and set up an appointment for my estimate, however, they never showed up for the estimate appointment. I waited over an hour for a rep from the company to arrive…no one ever did, no phone call, no email, nothing…and they’re not returning my calls. I will recommend against using this company…nothing but a waste of time.
Company Response: St Joseph’s and the memebr corresponded via email to arrange the estimate appointment. However, the email from the member confirming that the suggested estimate time was sent to the spam folder by our email server and therefore was never opened and the appointment was never confirmed. St. Joseph’s apologizes profusely for the inconvenience that this has caused. She stated that she called our company, but we have checked all of our records and our caller id and cannot find any record of a phone call or voicemail. We apologize again to the member for the misunderstanding.

I contracted with this firm to patch 4 areas on my roof. It was a month or more later they got back to me to schedule a time to do the work. They told me a date and then never showed up to do the work. I then received a bill and then a follow up phone call regarding my lack of payment. They came out and inspected and agreed the work had never been done. They then wanted to schedule a time in the dead of winter to do the work. I cancelled the contract and need to find someone else to do the work. A complete lack of responsiveness.

This happened over last fall and early this past winter when we were quite busy and we did drop the ball on her repair project and again we are truly sorry.
To clarify for other members:
It is a common misconception that roof work cannot be performed in the winter. Aside from snow, ice, and rain many roofing operations can be performed safely and well in colder weather especially isolated repairs like the one proposed for this member. While we admittedly dropped the ball with the scheduling (for which we are sincerely sorry and have apologized to her personally) it is well to note that roof work can be done in the winter as any experienced roofer can attest to. (like our other highly rated competitors on this website.)

We spoke with seven other contractors before selecting ST Joseph’s roofing for this project. The challenge was finding someone that we were comfortable with handling all the trades involved. We contacted SJR on the recommendation of a friend. In the end, we selected SJR because, after researching them on Angies List, working with their estimator, talking with past customers, and investigating their past work, it was clear that they do great work and are extremely focused on customer satisfaction. Our impression was that regardless of trade, they would make things right. SJR was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. The estimator arrived on time and the initial estimate was very thorough. Since this was a complex job and we needed to coordinate with the insurance company, we needed to do multiple iterations on the estimate. The estimator was always patient, professional, and responsive. Once the job started, things went very smoothly. We were fortunate with the weather and the job was finished more quickly than we expected. In all areas, the workers were professional, flexible, and very concerned that we were happy with the work. Now that the project is finished, we are very happy with the quality of the work. I can’t say enough good things about this company. We would definitely use them again.

It was a little slow to get an estimate but when I did get it the work proceeded fairly soon after that.

I cannot say enough about the quality of the workmanship, the responsiveness of the company, and the diligence of the workers. The yard was thoroughly cleaned and numerous passes were made to pick up nails and other debris–an important consideration for us because of the presence of dogs. After each day’s work, the yard was spotless and free from any equipment. From start to finish, St. Joseph’s was a pleasure to work with and the finished roof was exactly what we had envisioned. I thought the pricing for the work was fair and reasonable given the size of the project. I highly, highly recommend St. Joseph’s Roofing.

We used them several years ago to put our roof on our house. We were happy with them for the work they did. The guy that was supposed to do the estimate had an attack of gout and didn’t show up a couple of times. He called and apologized late and then somebody else finally came and he was fine.

Member Comments: I contacted St. Joseph’s for a roofing estimate as a result of hail damage to our split-level home. The estimate was reasonable considering that two layers of old roofing shingles had to be removed, and also I had used the company in the past to fix leaks in the old roof. Communication was good, especially when it got close to the time to have the shingles delivered. We had siding replaced by another company and I requested that the shingle delivery be delayed until the siding company was done. Michele worked with me to accommodate this request. After the shingles delivery, the roofing crew arrived within a few days and it was bitter cold outside. The crew did a good job under very difficult circumstances, and cleanup was good. The new roof went on in one day and it looks great. The only hiccup was that the new vinyl siding got marked up in a few spots when the old shingles came off. No damage, just cosmetic. I called the president of the company and left a message, and he responded immediately to say that they would take care of the scuff marks. Within a few days a worker arrived and removed the marks. The invoice for the work took a little while to arrive. In the meantime Michele called to see if the siding had been cleaned to my satisfaction (it was) – a nice personal touch. I would use St. Joseph’s again and I highly recommend them to others.

Member Comments: Met with Mark to go over the work we wanted done. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. We had concerns about our gutters in the back because we have had problems with water overflow. Mark came up with a solution of larger gutters and larger downspouts at the area where the gutters join. This will allow the water to drain through the downspout as opposed to pouring over the gutters. He emailed us an estimate the next day and sent us a list of several homes in our neighborhood that SJR had installed the same shingles on. We were trying to decide between two colors and it was helpful to see how the shingles would look once installed. The roof installation was supposed to take one day, but it took another half a day due to the number of pieces of plywood that had to be replace. The crew did a great job on the entire installation. The shingles and gutters make the house look a whole lot better! They also took care to protect our landscaping and did a good job cleaning up debris after the job was complete. I would definitely hire them again.

Member Comments: Company representative talked with us, inspected job, reviewed our requirements, described process, and answered our questions. Crew showed up on time 4 days and worked hard, very neat and professional. Supervisor/forman was available and attentive to requirements, questions and suggestions. The crew took great care to avoid damage to landscape plantings, rainbarrels and other features in adn near the work area. Cleanup was meticulous and covered all details. Gutter and downspout replacement was arranged for my convenience so that I could paint fascia board where it was needed. Final inspection covered all work done including assuring a fully functioning roof ventilation system. Excellent work!

They did a great job of cleaning up after the job and while the job was in progress, too. I get unexpected compliments on my roof, which did not change in color or style, so the good workmanship is clearly evident to others.

Member Comments: I received estimates from 3 providers. They were all identical except St Joseph’s was over $1K less. We just bought the house and needed to fix a portion of the front mansard where the plywood had rotted away. Michael came and did the estimate. He was polite and thorough. He emailed me the estimate later that day. Once the shingles were taken off, it became apparent that whoever had replaced them last time had botched the job. The protective flashing had been channeling water under the shingles and the aluminum casing that edged the windows. The casing kept the shape and made it look like it was fine, but once it was removed, it was a mess. We received an updated estimate,(again, lower that I had been expecting,) and they were able to complete the repair. Because it was unexpected, we had to wait a couple days between part 1 and 2, but the guys made sure everything was sealed and protected in case of rain. I am very happy with the work they did and will be using them again in future.

Member Comments: I had a very good experience with St. Joseph’s Roofing (SJR) and I will be recommending them to friends and family. I was impressed by their professionalism, their attention to detail, and their diligence in keeping me informed during all phases of the job. Mark at SJR was very informative and responsive during the estimate. I had other estimates also, but went with SJR because of their reputation (one of my neighbors spoke highly of them). While the work was being done, Pete kept me up-to-date on all issues and the final price ended up matching the estimate (despite the fact that they replaced some warped boards and fixed my fascia!). SJR did not ask for any payment before the roof was finished. That impressed me greatly because it demonstrated their confidence in the quality of their work and a customer-first attitude–all too rare these days. They did not ask for payment until they had checked with me to make sure that I was satisfied with their work (this also allowed a couple days during which it rained; the new roof performed beautifully!) I have no doubt that I will be using St. Joseph’s again in the future for my other house-related needs.

The only way you can reach this company is to leave a message. Then you must wait, sometimes for hours, for a call back. If you miss the call, you must start all over.

Member Comments: The roofers completed the job in one day, and we have had no problems so far despite heavy rain. They generally cleaned up well, though we did find a few nails in the driveway afterward. This was undoubtedly because it was dark by the time they left. I received a call afterward checking that the work was done to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We had just asked them to come out to inspect for any residual damage from the February blizzard. Kevin found none and was very prompt, courteous and was honest in his assessment that we didn’t need anything repaired.

Member Comments: The person doing the quote (Kevin) arrived right on time. Unfortunately he didn’t seem very engaged or forthcoming with information and didn’t talk very much at all. It was at the end of the day so maybe he was just tired? He measured the length of the gutters that would have to be replaced and asked if I wanted 5? or 6? gutters. I asked him what the benefits of each was, and he replied, “Six of one, half dozen of the other.” After that he gave me his card and said he would email me a quote that night or the next day. He didn’t bring any pamphlets or materials and didn’t discuss any options at all. Two days later I received the quote. The quote was pretty basic and didn’t specify if the gutters would be plastic or aluminum. The price was okay, but other companies I had quotes from included replacing the downspouts too for almost the same price (the quote from St. Josephs was for replacing only the gutters, not the downspouts. In the end, I just wasn’t impressed with the quote or the company overall and decided to go with another company. The other companies just seemed more professional and seemed to care more about the job. They also provided more information and really explained all the available options in detail.

Unlike some gutter companies we don’t install specialty gutters, and so we cannot provide literature to support our gutter estimates. We are a roof installation company and our main focus is on performing roof installation and repairs, rather than repair estimates. We believe that Kevin’s strength is in his workmanship, and his customers are almost always satisfied when they hire him.

We had a leak in the roof appear. It occurred near the chimney. St. Joseph’s roofing arrived when they said they would. They quickly found the problem. The crew that came was timely and professional. The repair was done on time and well – after several pounding rain storms there have been no issues.

Member Comments: St. Joseph’s roofers appeared on time (7:30 a.m.) May 21 and wasted no time in climbing onto our roof. In the heat of the day, five of them continued pulling off shingles and rubber materials. Eventually they had the roof cleared for applying plywood and new roofing. They had to return the next day (promptly at 7:30 a.m.) to finish applying the new roofing material. With that work finished, they were very thorough in clean-up of our property below the roof..

Member Comments: The representative was very professional, efficient, and pleasant when he came out to do the estimate, but two weeks later we still have not received the estimate that he promised to email us the next day. I’d like to hire them, as I was impressed, but if they can’t send me an estimate what can I do? I was surprised that they’d come out and take measurements within days and then not follow up with an estimate — but, looking at all the other reviews here, maybe I shouldn’t be. I agree with the other posters who said that calling St. Joseph’s is a waste of time.

We have had trouble a couple times with one of our employees not getting estimates out in time and we have taken steps to change this. This is the 1st time I have had this problem with Mark. I do however have a record that your proposal was completed and in the Dropbox since May 5th. I even recall having a discussion with him about your gutter job, but through some technical glitch the estimate was apparently never emailed. We are unhappy that we did not know that you never received it and all that was missing was a successful email. Member Comments: I had them come out for an estimate for some water damage and they came to the house on time gave my wife no information not even a card to have me follow up. He just told her he would get an estimate shortly to us. In addition, my wife asked him to give me a call before he looked at the house but he said that wasn’t needed. One month later and nothing no calls, emails or mail. If you cant follow up on an estimate how can I be sure you would even do the work. Update: The owner called me personally and fixed the issues that I had with them and I went ahead and used them to do the work and it came out great

Kevin came out to give me an estimate. He climbed through a window in my house to get on the roof (metal covered porch). In the process he left dirt marks on my carpet. All other estimators put up a ladder to get on the roof. It is now a month later and I still don’t have an estimate and this is after calling to inquire at least 3 times. I was told it was emailed but I checked my spam folders and confirmed my address and still no estimate. Obviously I’m not going with these guys.
Company Response: We are sincerely sorry for the trouble your estimate caused you. We have spoken with Kevin and he says that the homeowner suggested that he use the window to go up, and that he definitely emailed the estimate to the homeowner, so he is not sure why they never received it. If we are rewarded with a signed contract we strive to perform honest reliable high quality service. We do not focus on using high pressure sales, but more on performing high quality work. We should have told you from the start that we do not often do repair estimates for new customers, instead focusing on roof replacements and of course repairs for previous customers. During the recent snowstorms there were so many people in need of roof repairs that we did do some estimates for new customers, but it was an extremely busy time and our usual quality in estimates was admittedly affected. Again, we are extremely sorry for your trouble and will use it as a lesson in improving our estimates in the future.

Member Comments: We used to live in Chantilly and they did the roof work for us there. The contractor that we had hired quit in the middle of the job and that’s why we hired St. Joseph’s Roofing to put the roof on our garage. They did a good job, just like they did before. The price that they charged wasn’t an unreasonable price. I would hire them in the future too.

Member Comments: We had a few aborted attempts due to snow being slow to melt but the communication was OK throughout. The only glitch would be that when the crew came out they didn’t have a ladder tall enough so had to reschedule. Annoying but minor. All in all a good experience.

Member Comments: The quote was good but I always get two quotes so I know how to compare them. He came out, talked about it, and looked at it but I didn’t get the quote for a long time. They sent it via email but it didn’t come through so I had to call them and they resent it. They were thorough and professional but they failed to split the bid between what insurance would cover and what it would not like I asked.

Member Comments: We got estimates from two other companies too, but we chose St Joseph’s Roofing Inc. The weather has been so bad that they have not been able to start work. The roof is still filled with snow. The person who came out was very polite and seemed to know what he was talking about. He wasn’t pushy unlike a salesman from another company who wanted to charge more than three times as much as St Joseph’s Roofing did. They keep calling us to see if the snow is gone so that they can start the work.

We are among I suspect thousands in the greater DC area with water issues as a result of ice damming following the two major snowstorms. We have water and damp in the kitchen and den ceiling and it is getting worse as the temperatures were rising. I contacted this agency because of their great record on Angie’s list. I was puzzled and deeply concerned by the woman’s response to our issue. She indicated that the snow and ice would have to have melted prior to the team coming out. I understand that there is a safety concern with all roofing engagements, but waiting at least one week until such time that the ice and snow had melted is NOT a correct solution for the nature and severity of the issue. I have therefore gone elsewhere.

To clarify for the benefit of other members: during this crazy snowstorm we have been inundated with hundreds of calls and we are doing our best to service everyone on a first-come-first-served basis. We cannot provide any permanent solution to ice damming or leaking caused by snow until the snow has melted from the roof. We can shovel snow from the roof to slow the leaking and mitigate the damage. Unfortunately we failed to clearly explain this member’s options to her and for that we are sincerely sorry and extend a 10% discount to her on any of our services in the event that she gives us another chance.

Member Comments: They did an outstanding job. They were professional and on time for everything. There were four people that came. They gave me an estimate. They brought all the data with them when they came to do the measurements and evaluation of the job. They gave me all the options and prices that were available to me. There were no additional add-ons and they explained that was the way they installed their roofs. Other companies wanted to charge extra for things that they automatically included in their price. They provided me with a 30-year warranty on the installation and materials unlike the other companies that offered a 15-20 year warranty. They were very outstanding and they provided a quality product with a very good warranty. I have recommended them to other people.

Member Comments: The estimate I received was much lower than those I received from other companies. The crew arrived exactly on time on the agreed-upon date and finished all of the work in the timeframe that I was told. The work was done very well, and I am very happy with the result. Everything was cleaned up when they were finished, and they followed up with a call and an email to make sure everything was OK. Overall I was extremely happy.

I was really happy with their work and customer service. I think I got excellent value for money. My experience with them was really good. Member Comments: They came the day that they said they would. Their price beat the other prices that we got by $3,000.00. They did a great job! We got 30 year shingles. We got a 15 year warranty, 10 of it was through them. No one else even came close to that. They replaced a couple of pieces of wood and some boards at no cost. They were such a great company! It was seamless. The guy came out and gave me an estimate, and in a month I had a new roof.”

“We needed to have many missing shingles replaced on a large roof.
Member Comments: Mark came out for the estimate and was very professional and friendly. I recieved a written estimate the next day that was very competitive with two other estimates I received. I decided to use them based on all the positive feedback and references, and the very postitive feeling I had during the initial visit. On the day the work was to be done, the crew showed up on time. Alberto the crew chief was very friendly and informative. The replacement shingles matched very well. They did a very good job on clean-up too. Best of all, the crew even did some extra repairs to other shingles on the roof, exceeding my expectations!”

“St. Joseph’s Roofing replaced the front roof of my house (tore off one old layer of shingles), including the roof on 2 dormers and a portico, using synthetic slate shingles. They also replaced a skylight, put new, more attractive flashing around the chimney and installed 40 snow angels.
Member Comments: I had a fairly complicated job because I needed a carpenter to perform work on our dormers and portico before the roof could be replaced. The representative of the company recommended one carpenter,who did not work out (he cancelled two appointments because “his car broke down”). The second carpenter, however, did a great job, and the St. Joseph’s rep coordinated the work with the carpenter very well. The final result was fantastic.”

“Complete replacement of cedar shake roof with CertainTeed asphalt shingle roof with aluminum valleys. Attic fan installed along with redirection of bathroom vent tubing to roof with new roof hoods. Short section of gutter replaced. All roof vents repainted.
Member Comments: St. Joseph’s representative, Mark McShurley, was superb during all phases of this work, including presentation; meeting special needs and solving problems (sometimes in consultation with shingle company CertainTeed); contract negotiation; and execution. The crew chief, Alberto, is a class act of his own, showing a determination to get it right and otherwise please with little extras. The invoice was not sent to me until all follow-up details were taken care of, long after the bulk of the work was completed. A correction on the gutter slope has become necessary but I am making my report now before the correction is made because I am so confident of the integrity and honesty of this company.”

Member Comments: We called for an estimate and Mark was scheduled to come out within 48 hours. I was even given his cell number in case I needed to contact him prior to the appointment. Mark arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He mentioned that he would give us an estimate via e-mail, which we received within 24 hours. The price was not the lowest out of the estimates, but it was competitively priced. About a 6 weeks later, we signed the contract and faxed it in. I had forgotten to initial, however Mark called to get verification on what work needed to be done. I took that time to discuss with him the colour of tile that was to be used, because there was some confusion on what the correct colour should be and I wanted it to match with the existing. Although I was not told what the actual colour/brand being selected was going to be, I was assured that they would match as closely as they can. The following week, on a Monday, four workers arrived around 8 am. I had to leave and I was under the impression that my presence was not required. When I came back a few hours later, I noticed they were putting up a red tile. Although the existing tile did have some red in it, it was not as bright as the colour that was being put up and I felt it did not match very well (Certainteed Tile Red Blend I think). I got in contact with Mark, who got them to stop and he came out with some colour samples an hour later, from which a different colour was selected (Certainteed Oakwood) that was more brown and I felt fit better with the rest of the roof. He assured me that they would return sometime that week to take down the red tile and put up a colour of my choosing. The second team arrived Saturday morning and worked quickly and proficiently. Within a few hours they had completed the work except they had forgotten the screen and an elbow joint for the gutter. I do not know when they came back to finish the work, but I noticed the following Tuesday morning that it was completed. I am giving a good review because I am very happy with the work that was done and I feel that, had the colour not been an issue, this would have been a flawless execution on part of St. Joseph’s Roofing Inc. The only thing that may have been lacking is perhaps communication on the colour. However, they corrected this to my satisfaction as soon as I brought it to their attention so it is irrelevant.”

” They responded to my email promptly, and Mark came out to do a free estimate. He notified me that he would be a few minutes late, but otherwise was prompt. He emailed me the estimate from the parking lot; unfortunately my older computer would not download this file, so I asked him to mail me an estimate – which was promptly done. Mark said he would contact me to set up a time for the work. After about a week or so, I called the office and after getting in contact with Mark again, was informed that the work had already been done. I had not gotten a call or a message before this. This portion of my roof is very difficult to see (I live in a townhouse), so I had not immediately noticed that the work had been done. I would have preferred to witness the work had been done (so that I could actually see the workers re-secure the other rake wrap). But from what I can see the work has been done, and I presume was done within a week of the acceptance of the contract. I had planned on paying the bill by credit card, but was notified that there is an extra 3% charge to pay by credit card. There is also a 1.5% penalty for not paying within 10 days – Since I was not notified of when the work was completed, I was not in receipt of the bill at the completion of the contract. After a phone call confirmed the work was completed, I was emailed my bill. I tried to call and pay by credit card, but was informed that there was an extra 3% charge to pay by credit card. So I now have 7 days to get my check to the company. I would recommend this company, but be aware of their payment restrictions and requirements. I looked all over the website and could not find information about these payment requirements.”

“I called St. Joseph’s for an estimate and was quickly contacted by Mark to set an appointment. He arrived on time and went through the entire process and options. I asked for several color samples and Mark dropped large sample boards at my home for me to choose from. The office staff kept in contact with me to let me know when the materials would be delivered and the job started. The day of the roof replacement the crew arrived early and got right to work. When I came home, I had a beautiful new roof and my property was cleaned, the yard raked clean of any debris. They did a great job.”

“I called St. Johns Roofing after getting some high estimates from other companies for a small amount of work. They sent someone over within a few days to give an estimate and explain how the company works. I was told the min was $375 and this job was smaller but they would check everything out since it was small job. This was the lowest min I could find so I hired them and the repairs were completed within 2 weeks. The repairman also called the following day to explain the bill (which he emailed to me – love that!) and gave some pointers as to other things to watch out for. I would definitely recommend this company!”

“I called to make an appointment in December, 2008. The first appointment was scheduled for December 29, 2008. The roofer called to cancel and rescheduled the appointment for after the New Year. The next appointment was scheduled for January 5, 2009. The roofer called at 4:00 PM and said he would come the next day. He arrived at 1:00 PM the following day and inspected the roof. He gave me an immediate estimaate and I had to call the main office for an appointment date. The appointment was for 2:00 PM on January 12, 2009. The roofer called on January 12th and made an appointment for the following day. He arrived on that day when nobody was home and completed the work. A bill was left in the front door.”

“Called and was scheduled for an estimate. Estimator arrived a little bit early and started the estimate as another roofing company was finishing up their estimate (slightly awkward). Was presented with a sales pitch. I was actually talked out of getting the Landmark Premium (one grade higher than Landmark Plus). The estimator made some recommendations about what needed to be done with the roof and what was not necessary. He made recommendations about color and then provided a written estimate on the spot. St. Joseph’s had the lowest estimate of the 3 companies that had come out. When I called to accept the proposal, the company scheduled the job about 3 weeks out. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time and we done before I came home from work. They left virtually no mess behind, and the roof looked great. The company gave me a 4 months to pay same as cash deal, so I was not billed right away. The final bill was $240 higher than the estimate because of the additional layer that had to be removed and the replacement of 2 sheets of plywood. I was expecting the higher cost because the estimate did indicate that it was based on removal of one layer. We are really happy with the work done and the roof looks wonderful.”

“Initial contact and estimate were simple and complete. They did not spend as much time with me explaining everything as some estimators did. But in the end, their estimate was simple, and provided similar quality as the estimator who spent all the time here. Cost was much lower than all of my other 4 estimates (40-50%). They also did not require me to pay anything until they had completed the work, very unusual nowadays, but a good thing. Work was done after hurricane season, so there was almost two months between scheduling and the work getting done, they attributed it to back order of shingles due to hurricane repair backlog from supplier. Crew was timely, and cleaned up after job. The crew misread their instructions and removed the shingles from a small gazebo that I had asked not to be removed (I requested not to remove to minimize total cost). They recognized their error, and they replaced the roof on the gazebo without charge (kudos). At the end of the job, I was satisfied with their work and would recommend them again. Good value for the cost. Since the job was done two years ago, I have had a small leak near a skylight in the roof. They came out immediately when I called and added more caulk around the flashing for the skylight. No charge for the repair, and I have not had any issues since, including the recent hurricane Hanna when we got 9-11? of rain.”

“The estimator/repairman (Kevin) was early for the estimate and clearly explained the needed repairs, approach, and materials. He typed up the proposal on a laptop at his truck so I had nice printout to look at. The only glitch was that he overlooked the squirrel hole in the estimate, but he said that he would do that repair for no extra charge. The repair was easy to schedule because the lady at the company office returned calls promptly. Kevin was on time for the repair, which took about 3 hours excluding the squirrel hole, which I reminded him of. He promptly located the hole and repaired it at no extra cost as agreed. We had intense thunder showers today and no leak, which is a good sign.”
