Unlike most roofing companies today, St Joseph’s Roofing does not offer a one size fits all or “cookie cutter” roofing system, however we enable our customers to have the ability to customize their roofing project to what best fits their unique style and needs. It’s this level of detail that has helped us earn the trust of our customers as well as being recognized as one of the best roofing companies in Northern VA and MD. No other roofer can match our level of detail, which is essential, especially considering that your home is typically the most valuable investment for any homeowner. With advancements in technology, roofing is now much more than installing new shingles….. new roofs are considered roofing systems.
This chart below will itemize all facets of the roof replacement process….from the amount of nails used per shingle to replacing flashing to warranty coverages. SJR offers three [3] main roofing system options called “Standard”, “Premium”, and “Ultimate”. All components of the roof replacement process can be interchangeable, therefore as the homeowner, you can control the quality of materials being installed which dictates your warranty coverage. However, please keep in mind that there is one constant throughout the roof replacement process and that is the high quality of craftsmanship that we deliver on every project.
Within each system or warranty level, you have the ability to select different roofing accessories that can be installed on your new roof. Whether you want to install all CertainTeed or Owens Corning products or a combination of manufacturers is completely your decision. The left-hand column will list each system component and then your options will be listed in each corresponding section of the chart; from left to right.
The goal of the chart is to educate our customers on all the available options you have at your disposal and how each component or roofing accessory can impact your warranty. All of our Project Managers have in-depth knowledge of each product and how they work together as a whole to improve the look and protection your new roof gives your home. If you feel overwhelmed by the multitude of options or if you have any questions, our Project Managers can help cut through the confusion and assist you with anything you need.
