How does our referral rewards program work?

For the first time in our company’s history, we are implementing a referral program for our loyal customers. We want to reward those customers who advocate for us. We are hoping that our loyal customers can help us grow our business through “word-of-mouth” recommendations. We know that your referrals are given out of trust and job satisfaction.

One of the best compliments any business can receive is a referral from one of their customers. We are always looking to help others that can benefit from our services just as you did. As usual, we will provide your friend, neighbor, co-worker, or family member with the same level of professionalism and high quality craftsmanship you experienced with us. Even if it’s just to assess someone’s property for storm damage, we can help!

We know how valuable your time can be, so we want to tell you how grateful we are, in advance, for your time and trust. The referral submission form is very user-friendly and will take less than a minute to complete

After you complete the form, we will have one of our representatives reach out to your referral to introduce ourselves and schedule the appointment. If the appointment results in a new signed contract, you will earn 2% of the contract value; (Up to a maximum amount of $500/referral). Once the project is completed and the referral customer has paid the invoice in full, then SJR will issue a check directly to you.

Referral Rewards Example:

Your referral signs a contract to replace their roof & gutters for $20,000.

Rewards Calculation: $20,000 x 2% = $400.00

Once the invoice has been paid, in full, SJR will issue a check directly to you in the amount of $400.00

Program Terms and Conditions

A valid, qualified referral consists of any new customer (residential or commercial) who signs a new replacement contract with SJR
Replacement contracts for new roof, siding, gutters/gutter guards, windows/doors, and insulation services will only be considered
The referral’s contract must be paid in full before SJR can issue your referral reward check
Contract value must exceed $7,500.00
Referral rewards amount may not exceed $500.00 (per referral)
Each referral may have only 1 referrer
Each referral appointment will be a free, no-obligation service we provide
There is no limit to the number of referrals any person/household can provide
Each qualified referral can only be entered into the system once in a 12-month calendar period
